PSA: Target Prenatal Vitamin takers

I checked with my OB today if gummy vitamins were okay to take instead of the gross ones they give me. They just need to have iron and folic acid.

Target prenatal vitamins do not have ANY iron in them! I feel like an idiot for not looking at the label and just assuming they were good to take. Find new prenatals.
