Spotting after pooping?

I'm newly pregnant, I had spotting(implantion bleeding) before my BFP. I just went poop and had some redish blood after the fact. Has anyone had this happen? I'm do scared this will end up being a CP even though I spotted the first two months with my daughter. I really hope I'm over thinking things and it will be gone or pinkish the next time I go to the bathroom!!
