please help save my nipples!!!

ftm with a 6 day old newborn- he is latching on fine and feeding every 1 or 2 hours... my nipples feel like they are being attacked by razor blades for the first minute or 2 of every feeding!! its getting to the point where i really dread feeding

i"ve been using lanolin constantly, letting my nipples air out a lot and taking ibuprofin- please help me! what else can i do????
