When to wean

Hey ladies!  It's been a while since I've been on here to post.  Work has been crazy and I don't get online much at home.  Kendall is just over 10 months old.  I am trying to get her to 12 months (or as close to it as possible) with breastmilk.  I do not nurse anymore since she started refusing the breast at 5 months.  I've been an exclusive pumper since then.  I am just curious how long it takes to wean so I know when I should start.  I am pumping 3 times a day right now getting about 27-30 oz a day.  I am keeping up with her and haven't had to dip into my freezer stash.  I would love to hear any weaning tips or suggestions as well.
