Pumping breaks @ work?

So I'm trying to get things ready for me to go back to work next month. DS will be 6 months old and I am committed to continuing bfing as long as he wants to. I have a pump and use it sporadically, but it takes forever to pump much for me and I'm just wondering how to work it out at my job, in general my schedule is flexible but I tend to get stuck in long meetings in the afternoons. I will be working from 8-4:30 and I'm trying to figure out how many pump sessions I need and also whether I need to discuss this with my boss? I've got a laptop so I'm hoping to work while I pump (eventually) but I'm not sure how it will even work since pumping isn't easy for me to begin with.
