Unprepared- preemie bf question

I've lurked a bit but I feel completely clueless and helpless right now. My son was born two days ago at 31 w 5 d   That night I pumped and got a nice amount to feed him.  Since then it has decreased significantly.  To the point that some sessions I get nothing.  At the hospital I used a medela but at home I hand a purely yours.  Tomorrow we are working on getting me a medela rental or pump through insurance.  I feel like the py is  way too hard to find settings that work. 

I guess my questions are.  What tips do you have for getting the colostrum going ?is it normal to not get anything during some sessions? What can I do to fix this? I'm at a loss and physically, mentally, and emotionally drained. I haven't slept in a week other than a few hours. On that line, which is more important. Pumping every 2-3 hrs or a real night sleep in light of this weeks trauma???
