Intro and Vitamin Suggestions?

I'm a May 2012 single mom who's planning to BF and pump as long as she can, but isn't opposed to formula at Daycare. I nursed my first born with formula at daycare until she naturally weaned at just over 2. My kids are nearly 16 years apart in age. 15 years, 11 months and some change to be exact. I wasn't sure I'd remember HOW to be a mom to a newborn again, but it was so easy, it's hard to believe its been that long since I've had a baby! 

Anyways,  my whole pregnancy, I had morning sickness and resorted to Flintstones for prenatal vitamins. Now that I'm not pregnant and the morning sickness is GONE,, I don't need to suffer through them anymore. I'm wondering what vitamin would be recommended for BF.
