Should I be worried?

My DS is 11 days old. Breast feeding is going really well after struggling for a few days early on.

LO is eating about every two hours (sometimes less), and he'd got PLENTY of wet/dirty diapers every day, but I'm kind of concerned because my breasts never really feel full or empty. Is this something I should be worried about this? I'm quite large breasted, if that makes a difference.
