brown spotting and a clot?

Hi all,

 I was having some light brown spotting yesterday (noticed only when I wiped) and my doctor sent me for blood work.  i won't have those results until monday when she wants me to get blood drawn again.  My first appointment is on Thursday.

Well I just went to the bathroom and noticed some more brown and this time what i think is a clot.  What do I do?  It's Saturday night and obviously they are closed!  Have any of you had this??
