I am having a bad day. I left work early because I threw up all my lunch.... ugh.... and have been in bed since. I felt ok to eat some soup earlier and drank water but that all came up too.
I don't want to get dehydrated, its super hot outside, so what do you ladies drink to feel better, and can hold down?
I tried Sprite and it doesn't seem to work.
