Kitten has diarrhea, should I stay away??

I am soon to be 13 weeks pregnant. My brother is visiting for a few days and has been taking care of two kittens because their mom died recently. One of the kittens has diarrhea, and I've been handling him, but just realized maybe I shouldn't be being as how I'm pregnant?? Oops....What do y'all think? Am I okay or should I stop handling the poor little guy??
