Pumping for Thrush??

This might be a dumb question...but I'm pretty sure I have thrush. My nipples are sore and burn after lil dude eats. I obviously can't get into the doc until Monday, and my doctor is over an hour away so I don't think I would even be able to see him until at least Tuesday. If I EP and just give him the pumped milk, would that clear it up by itself before the weekend is over, or do we still need to see doc next week and get meds? Just trying to get some immediate relief...he is going through a growth spurt right now and eating like CRAZY!! I am in so much pain, and my boobs are hardly producing enough!
