FF but Swollen Nipple

We started exclusively ff when DD was 1 week old. Now, 3 weeks later, one of my nipples has suddenly become very swollen, shiny, and it hurts to touch. Even though I'm not bf, I thought you ladies might be able to help. Any idea of what the problem is and how to solve it? Also (stupid question alert), would I speak to my OB about this or a different kind of doctor? Thank you so much.
