DH gave LO one HUGE bottle BM. Now supply gone?

Wed night DH gave DS two bottles of BM that I had pumped. I would say he gave DS 9 ounces total. I had been pumping around the time he ate, so there was never a "missed feeding." That night LO woke up to eat at his normal times (midnight, 3, and 6) but each time he only ate for 5-10 minutes instead of his normal 30 minutes. The morning after the mega bottle I fed LO at 6 and pumped my normal 5 ounces. Ever since that one pump, I've barely been able to pump any milk. Thursday night I pumped 1 ounce in 20 minutes. 

This morning I pumped 2 ounces (in my normal 20 minutes) and then later on power pumped for an hour and got an additional ounce. Maybe it's just a coincidence and maybe LO is going through a 6 week growth spirt, but he's been eating all day long and hasn't seemed truly satisfied. Is it possible that the one mega bottle followed by one night of light eating was enough to affect my supply? I'm getting very nervous about this and am scared to ever give LO a bottle again.
