poop problems...ugh

So the past couple days one of my daughters has been pooping pebble hard poop and the other one has diarrhea. I took the to the pediatrician yesterday and everything checked out fine. I have not changed or done anything different w/ what they are eating. Anyone experiance this or know if there's something I should be doing for them?
