I'm on elimination diet because of my daughter's sensitivity to something. I've been avoiding dairy, soy, citrus, vinegar, beef, eggs, and now wheat and pork and all the good stuff...lol! I can go through this horrible diet for my daughter, but I think need some nutrition for myself... Do you have any recommendations?
