Gulping (XP from 0-3months)

 It seems like every time I nurse, DS gulps his meal.  Usually he is only at my breast for 5-7 minutes before he falls asleep and I think it's cause I have way more foremilk that he is gulping down... I try to burp, change and offer the other breast but he is out for count usually.  Also, whenever I offer him a bottle, he gulps that down too.  It's so fast I'm worried he is going to choke!  Any advice? Is this gulping normal?!
