Did my supply tank?

Baby is almost 9 weeks old, she has started sleeping lo ger stretches both day and night. I used to get almost 4 ounces out of each breast, this morning I got 2 out of one. The thing that concerns is me I started weight watchers and have been eating all my points so I don't know if this is a side effect of this or just coincidence . Baby still has regular pee & poop diapers so I'm guessing that's a good sign? How would I know for sure things dropped and how do I get it to pick up again?
