AF and my Supply :(

I just got AF back yesterday. I EBF DS (solids once/sometimes twice per day) I have noticed since 2 days ago that my breasts feel very empty and DS is nursing very frequently. I feel like my supply severely dipped and DS is nursing so much to try to keep my supply up and he is probably hungry. I started taking the More Milk Plus supplement this morning (I have had luck with it over Thanksgiving when my supply tanked due to stress) to try and get my supply to bounce back but I am freakin out! Someone tell me it will be ok! Darn AF... thats one B!tch I didnt miss....
