pumping supply decreasing all of the sudden?

I've been pumping 3x day at work between 9-2 (so A LOT) and I had been making just enough for LO (she needs about 12 oz at daycare and for cereal at home) but now at 8 months old my output is rapidly going downhill. Is this normal? Will it come back? I drink a ton of water and pump every 2 hours for at least 30-40 min. Mother's milk tea has helped but I think it makes me and LO have stomach issues. Should I just give up?  Is this the beginning of the end? I just bought some fenugreek but I'm worried those will hurt our stomachs, too.
