How are you handling m/s and your toddler? (SAHMs)

I'm am having way worse m/s with this pregnancy than I did with DS's. I am nauseous almost all day, and feel like I can barely eat, move, or talk without puking (or feeling like I'm going to). As a result, my poor kid hasn't gotten out for a week, and probably has watched way too much TV. How are you dealing with it, AND your toddler?!

I cannot wait to be out of 1st tri.
