Hi,
The last couple of weeks I've literally only had to exert a minimal amount of strain and I feel muscles pulling in my tummy. It does cause discomfort. The worst one was bending down to pick up my son's toy and I felt an actual 'POP'!
Could this simply be that my tummy muscles have not totally recovered from having my son 6 months ago & I'm stretching out with the new pregnancy or do I need to ask my doctor about it? I don't want to sound like a paranoid lunatic if I don't have to!
Anybody else experience this??
