Pregnancy Acne

Okay, my first post about this got spammed, probably because I put up a website link.  So I will try again.

 I am having lots of trouble with pregnancy acne and wondering if anyone else is and what safe products you are using that work for you.  I am thinking about trying a skin care line called Pretty Mommies that is supposed to be safe for pregnant and nursing mothers.  Does anyone know anything about this line?  I can only find reviews for it on their website, and so I wanted some other opinions before I order it because it is expensive.  Any other tips on pregnancy acne would also be appreciated!  Thanks!
