Drying up on one side?

I'm pumping until the babies come home, and have been at it for about three weeks. In general I have a pathetic supply (I get less than a half ounce total per session, pump every 2-3 hours on both sides w/ a hospital grade pump), but the past couple days I've been getting barely anything on one side. I'm worried that it's going to totally dry up, and I'll never have enough for both babies.

Any advice for balancing or building supply?
