Please forgive me if this has already been posted (and feel free to send me in that direction) but I've got some questions on charting. I've just started doing it and my temperature seems to be all over the place! I am doing it at the same time each morning, when I wake up, before I move too much and usually before I talk. I just came off the BCP over a week ago and I'm wondering if that's why my temp is all over the place?
Any help from those with more experience than me would be appreciated! Thanks!
ETA: I have been using FF to record the stats.
