what should i expect?

I'm EP, And LO is a week old. She's up to about 3oz, every 3 hours for her feedings. I'm just pumping when I feel full, and getting about double what she is eating. I don't want to have oversupply, but when I go to work full time, it would be nice to have a stash. Should I be doing anything different?
