Is this pump too cheap to be good?

I am going to be a SAHM but I still want a pump. I don't know how much I will use it so I found this one, which is the cheapest. The star rating isn't that bad but it is SO much cheaper than the others. Is it a piece of you know what? Or will it be good enough for someone who won't be pumping exclusively? Thanks!
