Ameda users - replacing diaphragms?

I replace the valves (the white things) every few months, but I haven't replaced anything else.

Do you need to replace the diaphragms (the clear cup things)? Or anything else, like the tubing?

Recently I have noticed that one of the diaphragms gets stuck, it gets sucked up and doesn't return to the normal shape all the time. I usually just pop the cap off and it works again when I put it back on. So I'm not sure if something weird is happening or it is just the diaphragm getting old.
