New mom supply question

My baby girls were born on May 26th, so they're very young and we're pretty new at this  whole breastfeeding thing. 

The in laws have offered to babysit on Friday night so that we can go out to eat or watch a movie or something and relax. We've got plenty of breast milk stored up in the fridge, so we don't have to rush home for a feeding, but I'm worried about skipping a feeding this early and screwing up my supply. I don't plan to be out all night, but I'm thinking it would be nice to stretch out our date to maybe 3 hours instead of 2 so that we don't have to rush around. If I just pump as soon as we get home, that should be ok, right?
