I'm transitioning from ep back to the breast...Dd is awake more now and has gained enough (back to discharge weight; 4 oz under birthweight) that the pedi is ok with this.
On the advice of a LC I rented a scale and am doing weighted feeds. She is only eating 20-30ml (1 oz) and then falling asleep.
Should i pump and offer the bottle, or just let her wake up and eat again in an hour or so if she wants (from the breasts)?
