First doc appointment- first child

So I am 13 going on 14 weeks and i am going for my first doctor appointment this week and im nervous. I am not sure what to expect or what they do. I have been taking pre-natal vits. I dont know if what i am doing is right or wrong. Also this is the first pregancy and i have never met the doc is she going to be "all up in my business" the first appointment. I want ultrasound but i keep hearing they do the "internal" and that scares me. Any ideas what I am walking in to??
