Help me wean!

DD is almost 13 months and started WCM during the day at 12 month.   This is also when I went back to work.  I am currently breastfeeding at 6 am, bedtime (7pm), and on weekdays right when I get home from work at 5pm.

I would like to wean her completely soon as gently as possible (we would like to TTC soon and I have haven't got my period).

On weekends she is fine and doesn't want to breast feed until bedtime.  But on weekdays when I get home from work, its the only thing she wants to do and it is not pretty if we try to put her in the highchair for dinner without first nursing.

Should I cut all three out together or hang onto the "home from work" nursing for a little longer? I thought it would get better on its own but this is my 4th week back at work.
