Does anyone use these? 

I've been using mine during my overnight feed because I'm so full and DS seems to dislike the fast flow, so it helps with the initial strong let down.  I've been getting about 1/2 oz. to 1 oz. when I use it.  I was kind of using this to start building a small stash, but I wasn't sure if it is just all pure foremilk or if it would be okay to make a whole bottle with.  Any suggestions?  I'm also starting to pump once after LO goes down for the night to build my stash--should I just add the two together so I know he is getting some hind milk also in the bottles?
