2+ moms who have taken their LOs on an airplane?

Any suggestions on what I should make sure I bring on the flight? I am pretty bad about forgetting something unless I have a list. Thanks! 

Also, I am bringing my car seat along. It is a Radian rxt. Any suggestions on how pack it for the flight? It will be checked at the gate. 

And, Since I am 8 weeks pregnant if you have any suggestions for making myself more comfortable for the flight that would be nice too.
