Difference btw fresh and frozen bm?

I just saw in a post below that someone said they were sending their baby some fresh and some frozen milk to DC so the baby got the "benefits of fresh" each day...

Im a teacher and must go finish out the school year (2.5 days) starting tomorrow. My mom is watching DD. I was planning on giving my mom all frozen BM to use so that I could get the frozen used within the 3 month freezer time span. I'd freeze everything I pump those days for a new stash to start the beginning of the new school year in Sept.

Am I doing DD. a disservice by doing this? I'll be BF the whole time I am with her those days, so still several feedings a day of fresh milk.

What are the benefits of fresh that frozen BM does not have?
