Baby is clogged up

Any suggestions on the best way to nurse a stuffed up baby? Poor little guy is really struggling, he kept wanting to nurse last night but would only be able to eat for a minute or two because he was so clogged up. I would suck the snot out with the aspirator but it would be back within minutes. I had the humidifier running in there all night but it didn't help much that I could tell.

I know mainly you just need to wait it out but thought I would ask if anyone has a tried and true trick to share.
