At the hosptial I got a Lactina as a rental for a couple of months d/t some bfing issues. I had it for about 2 months. Then I had to return it and I need a pump for work anyway, so I got a Medela PISA. I use the same flanges (as fitted by a LC) as I did for the Lactina but the PISA hurts like a SOB. It doesn't matter how low I turn it, it feels like someone is stabbing me in the boobs and it never felt like that with the Lactina. Any ideas?
