blood blister on nipple?

Hi all. I have a question. Just delivered my 2nd on Saturday. Milk came in today. Nipples are a little sore but not too bad. However, I just noticed that I have what looks like a little cluster of tiny blood blisters in the very center of one of my nipples. Thoughts? I'm not sure what to make of it. I never had that with my son. Thanks in advance!
