defrosting milk for sitter

I am going back to work tomorrow, and my MIL will be watching DD during the day for me.  My question is, should I defrost some milk and put it in bottles for tomorrow (or do it tomorrow morning) OR should I just leave the milk bags in the freezer and have her defrost them as needed?  Or just leave the bags in the fridge and have her put them in bottles?  This is my first time with this, so I appreciate any advice!  TIA!
