Zofran for morning sickness

What has your experience been with Zofran for morning sickness? I am unsure if it is actually helping me or not. Some days I feel really sick even though I am taking it as prescribed and other days I feel ok all morning without taking it, feel really sick later in the day, take the Zofran, but then don't really feel any better.
