Latch question

The last few days I've been having trouble with DD's latch. I'll get her on there in a good position but then she'll pull at the nipple and reposition herself so she has only the nipple on her mouth. At first I spent a lot of time taking her off and starting over but it's gotten to the point where I'm just suffering through it because I don't know what else to do. Any ideas? My poor nipples need help!
