5 week symptoms...

Well, I THOUGHT my pregnancy symptoms had kicked in full force the other day since I did throw up but honestly, I haven't even so much have been nauseous since then. My symptoms are never ending eating, sore nipples, and thirstyyyyy! I've also been nesting....Anyone else have these symptoms and no nausea? Also, if someone has any info on nausea and pregnancy could you post me a link? I know i still have plenty of time to get sick.
