Did you have a boy? Did the Deed on O day...

I am really curious based on the Shettles method if we will really have a boy. We did the deed the day I ovulated and the day after and that was all this month. (not on purpose, I Od early)

I know this might not be the place to ask, but I figure there are enough second + times moms on here! Anyone in a similar situation end up having a girl?
