Breastfeeding

frozen thawed. . . when to start counting 24 hour?

So I know you need to use frozen milk after 24 hours.  But-  is that from the time you take it out of the freezer or from the time it is actually completely thawed?

Reason for asking: Last night I pulled out freezer milk @ 10pm and put it in the fridge.  This morning it was still pretty solid so at 9am I thawed it with water and got two bottles ready (and then put bottles in fridge).  Of course, he only ate 1 of the 2 bottles while I working this afternoon.  Now I have a 5 oz bottle sitting in the fridge so I was going to have my H feed it to my LO @ his first night waking- but that will pobably be around 12 or 1. . . I should be okay to still feed it right?
