DD is almost 3 weeks old now and has been SUPER fussy since sometime last night. Lots more spitting up, several blowout diapers, and she doesn't seem able to settle or sleep for very long at a time today. How long does it take for what I eat to go through breastmilk, and what are some likely culprits that might be causing her such discomfort? It's like someone switched our happy, chill newborn out last night for this poor fussy thing!
