Disposable pads to wear under formal dress?

Can someone recommend some sticky nursing pads that I can stick right onto my dress? The dress I'm wearing is going to be too tight with a strapless bra. I have the Lansinoh disposables but they are huge and the adhesive is weak so they do not stay put. Is there anything smaller that sticks better? I leak quite frequently and I don't want to ruin my dress or end up in an embarrassing situation at this black tie event!  TIA!
