Should make for some good discussion!
Are you choosing to write a "birth plan"? What will you include in your birth plan? Did you have one for previous births? How did it go? If not writing a birth plan, why not?
I didn't write a birth plan for my first two children, but I knew in my mind what I would "like" to happen, and the nurse asked me how I felt about drugs/c-section/birth positions etc when I arrived. She noted what I wanted, and we went on from there.
Do you wonder if bringing in a typed and laminated (joking!) birth plan might seem a little pushy to Docs and Nurses who deliver babies everyday?
