Thrush and expressed milk

I have been pumping once/day to build a small stash for when I return to work. Yesterday I noticed the thrush in LO's mouth and then on my nipples.  So can I keep the milk I pumped yesterday and today or will it re-infect us when I use it? We will both be starting meds when DH can pick then up on his way home from work. Thanks!
