My husband and I have been very nervous about having sex since I found out I was pregnant. We had a prior miscarriage and I am super paranoid about doing anything harmful to the baby.Tthe plan was to abstain from vaginal sex until 12 weeks to ensure all was well with baby, but frankly we couldn't take it anymore and my hormones were telling me different if you know what I mean. So we went for it.

Now I feel incredibly guilty for putting my needs above the baby's and I am worried about the aftermath. What is normal to experience? Some say cramping and bleeding. I have neither so far but I think I might freak out if I started bleeding, based on what happened last time.

Am I being irrational? HELP
