MSPI...will her stool ever go back to "normal"?

Since my daughter was 3 weeks old or so, her stool has been mucouy and greenish.  Some days better than others, but she hasn't had the pale mustard color with white seeds type of stool for a long time.  

I went on elimination diet since she had some blood in her stool a week ago.

I'm wondering how long it will take for her stool to be normal if ever.  She has some mild eczema as well, and I'm hoping that will go away as well.

I'm avoiding to eat dairy, soy, citrus, vinegar, beef, strawberry, etc...
